Ingredients

200 g sugar
180 g flour
150 g margarine
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 pinch salt
50 g cocoa for baking
1 teaspoon baking powder
65 g milk
65 g boiling water

For the icing:

100 g (one bar) dark chocolate in pieces
60 g water
60 g sugar
20 g butter

Here’s how to do it

Chocolate cake is prepared in two stages. First, you take care of the dough and once it is in the oven, it is time to prepare the delicious icing.

Here’s how to make the dough:

Put the vanilla sugar, sugar, salt and margarine in the mixer bowl.
Start the mixer: 1 minute / speed 5, beat until frothy
Push the mixture down with the spatula.

Start the food processor: 1 minute / speed 5
Add the eggs gradually through the opening in the lid.

Add the flour, cocoa, milk and baking powder.
Start the mixer: 20 seconds / speed 5.

Add the boiling water.
Start the food processor: Stir for 10 seconds / speed 5

Pour the dough into a greased springform pan and bake at 200 °C in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. bake.
In the meantime, prepare the icing

Rinse the mixer bowl and add the chocolate.
Start the robot: Grind for 10 seconds / speed 7

Add the water and sugar-
Start the robot: 15 minutes / 100 °C / level 3

Add the butter.
Start the food processor: 30 seconds / speed 4

Spread the still warm chocolate icing on the cake.
Simply delicious and moist!
