Roasted potatoes and sausages
Ingredients:
2 pounds potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 pound sausages, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Toss potatoes and sausages with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and sausages are cooked through.
