Milk Pudding Recipe without a Bain-marie
Before adding the milk, we need to mix the egg mixture with a fork or whisk. Once the milk is added and mixed, we can continue beating for a few more minutes. After adding the vanilla, we need to mix and then beat. Then, we must strain the caramelized dough before turning it into a bread. Making this pudding by hand is essential; do not use a blender to create it. First, we’ll heat the oven and then put the pudding in until it’s golden brown. When I stick a toothpick in the pudding and pull it out, the tip should be clean.
Ingredients:
Pudding:
8 eggs;
1 liter of milk;
300g of sugar;
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.
Syrup:
100g of sugar;
50ml of water.

How to Make Milk Pudding without a Bain-marie:
Pudding:
Now we’re going to prepare the milk pudding without a bain-marie.
Using a bowl, we’re going to beat the eggs with a whisk or fork. Then, add the milk, slowly, while continuing to beat.
Next, we’re going to beat for a while longer while adding the sugar.
Then, we’re going to add the vanilla essence and then we’re going to beat.
Finally, we’re going to transfer it to the caramelized form, but for that we have to sieve it.
And once again, it’s important that this pudding has to be made by hand, don’t use a blender.
Then, strain the mixture through a sieve before pouring it into the caramelized mold.
Then, preheat the oven and bake until the pudding is golden on top and, when you insert a toothpick, it should come out clean.
We do not need to cover it with aluminum foil or bake the milk pudding in a bain-marie.
Finally, remove it from the oven, wait until it cools completely and refrigerate it for a minimum of 4 hours.
Then remove it from the refrigerator, remove it from the mold and serve it cold.
Syrup:
First, separate a pan and mix the sugar and water.
Then, heat it over medium heat, waiting for it to boil and you get a caramel. To do this, you will need to stir it from time to time.
Finally, pour the caramel into the mold of your choice and spread it along the sides. Then set aside.
