Green Beans with Eggs 🥚🥚
Ingredients:
1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into small pieces
3-5 eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the green beans and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Push the green beans to the side of the wok and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until they are just set, then break them into smaller pieces.
Add the garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper and stir-fry for another minute.
Serve hot with rice.
