Ingredients:

100 ml warm milk
100 ml warm water
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
350g flour
1 teaspoon salt
50g butter
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Mozzarella to taste

 

Preparation:

Mix the liquids: Mix the milk and warm water with the yeast and sugar. Add the oil.

First fermentation: Let the dough rest for 40 to 45 minutes.
