Ingredients
EGG 1
SUGAR 40g (3 tbsp)
VANILLA EXTRACT ½ tsp
VEGETABLE OIL 30ml (2 tbsp)
YOGURT 150g (⅔ cup)
ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 200g (1 ⅔ cups)
BAKING POWDER 8g (2 tsp)
MEDIUM APPLE 1
A PINCH OF CINNAMON POWDER
A PINCH OF SALT
Instructions
In a medium bowl whisk eggs with sugar, yogurt, vanilla, and vegetable oil.
Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon into another clean mixing bowl.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry mixture and mix to combine.
Grate one apple using a large grater.
Add to the batter, and stir to combine.
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop a portion of the batter onto an oiled preheated pan.
Cook the pancakes until bubbles start to appear on the surface.
Flip and cook the pancakes until brown on both sides.
