How to make baked stuffed potatoes

To make the baked stuffed potatoes, we will start by peeling and cooking some sliced ​​potatoes. In another pan, we will prepare the ground beef, sautéing garlic and onion, adding the meat and seasoning it. Finally, we will add a little water, tomato paste and chives. Ingredients:

4 potatoes

For the ground beef
500g of ground beef
chopped chives (to taste)
100 ml of water
1 tablespoon of soybean oil
salt (to taste)

oregano (to taste)
130g of tomato paste
1 finely chopped onion
4 cloves of minced garlic
½ sachet of ready-made meat seasoning

For the white sauce
500 ml of whole milk
1 tablespoon of butter
nutmeg (to taste)
1 tablespoon of soybean oil
1 finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 chicken stock cube
For the topping
chopped chives (to taste)
4 slices of mozzarella
1 piece of smoked chicken sausage

Preparation method

1. First, wash, Peel and slice the potatoes and cook in a pan with boiling water and a pinch of salt until soft. Then drain and set aside.
2. Add oil to a pan and sauté the garlic and onion.
3. Once browned, add the ground beef and stir until it comes apart.
