Best Chicken salad
Ingredients
2 grated carrots sautéed in onion and olive oil
1 can of sweet corn
1 can of peas
200 g of chopped green olives
200 g of green beans cooked in water and chopped
200 g of raisins
01 kg of chicken breast cooked normally with seasonings and shredded
06 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 ladles of the thick sauce from the chicken breast cooking
01 package of potato chips
Preparation method:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients evenly, taste for salt and then refrigerate.
Enjoy your meal
To assemble the salad, mix all the reserved ingredients already mixed with the sauce. Cover with the potato chips, refrigerate and serve.
