Ingredients:

6 potatoes;
5 tablespoons of rice flakes;
Salt to taste;
Cheese for filling (optional).

 

How to Make Wheat-Free and Egg-Free Bread Rolls:

First, cook the potatoes and when they are cooked, peel and mash them until they look like mashed potatoes.

Second, add the salt and then the rice flakes. However, you can also substitute rice flour or oat flour.

So, take spoonfuls and shape them into balls, then open the dough and add the filling of your choice.

I used cheese for the filling but you can use ground beef, shredded chicken, cheese and ham or, better yet, any filling you like best.

The most important thing is to leave it well sealed so that the filling doesn’t leak out, for example.

Then close the dough and shape it into a bread roll.

Finally, add a little oil to a non-stick frying pan and fry the rolls over low heat until golden brown on both sides.

Then your wheat-free and egg-free bread is ready to enjoy with your family, it’s delicious!
