Broccoli and Carrot Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
broccoli,
carrots,
eggs,
minced garlic.
cooking oil
salt
black pepper
oyster sauce
soysauce
Steps:
1. Cut the broccoli into small florets and put them in salt water, soak for ten minutes, then wash and drain.
2. Peel the carrots, clean them and cut them into thin slices. Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir them for later use.
3. Boil water in a pot, add salt and cooking oil after the water boils, then add broccoli and carrots and blanch until cooked, then remove and drain.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add the egg liquid and fry until it is shaped, then serve and set aside.
5. Heat oil in a pan again. When the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the broccoli and carrots and stir-fry for a while. Then pour in the eggs, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and black pepper to season. Stir-fry evenly until the flavors are absorbed. Then you can serve.
