Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken:
In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Cook the chicken:
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. Sauté the vegetables:
Add the remaining vegetable oil to the skillet. Add the broccoli and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is tender-crisp and the mushrooms are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add aromatics:
Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
5. Combine and finish:
Return the chicken to the skillet. Add sesame oil and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve:
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
