Ingredients:
400 g of flour
15 g of sugar (1 tbsp)
5 g of dry brewer’s yeast
3 g of salt
330-350 ml of lukewarm water
Sunflower seeds oil for frying
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl.
2. Pour in water and start mixing, the add salt.
3. Knead into a soft dough and let rest for 5 minutes.
4. Knead again let rest 5 more minutes.
5. Then do it again and let rise for 90/120 minutes.
6. Shape the donuts and fry in two different pots.
7. This double frying step will make them extra fluffy.
