How to Make Homemade yogurt with 2 ingredients
Ingredients:
1 liter of whole milk type A (full fat)
1 jar of natural unsweetened yogurt (170 g)
Instructions:
First, let’s heat the milk until it’s warm to the touch (when you put your finger in it, it shouldn’t burn);
Then add the yogurt to the milk, mixing carefully;
Next, pour the mixture into a suitable container, cover and wrap with towels;
then leave to rest at room temperature for approximately 8 hours or until firm;
Finally, refrigerate and serve as you like (with fruit, granola, honey, etc.).
