Quick Vanilla Cookies (Biscuits): easy and super delicious!

Total time: 40 Min, Difficulty: Low, Serves: 8 people

Vanilla Biscuit Ingredients

Sugar – use granulated or caster sugar for the cookie dough
Vegetable oil – the oil acts as a substitute for butter in the cookies, making them soft
Eggs – the eggs bind the dough
Flour – plain all-purpose flour will do
Vanilla Sugar – vanilla sugar adds a delicious vanilla flavor
Baking powder – the baking powder acts as a leavening agent (NOT baking soda!)
Powdered sugar – use the powdered sugar to sprinkle over the cookies
