Ingredients:
Batter:
2 eggs
300 ml warm milk
300 ml warm water
10 g instant yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
420 g flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Filling:
300 g broccoli
1 bell pepper
Cherry tomatoes
Chives
Dill
1 potato
60 g mozzarella
Salt
Directions:
1. Wash the broccoli and boil in salted water.
2. In a bowl mix eggs, milk, water, yeast, sugar, flour and salt.
3. Cut the bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, chives, dill, grater broccoli and potatoes, mozzarella and put everything in the batter.
4. Grease a non-stick pan and cook the salted pancakes.
