SUPER SOFT CROISSANTS Very Delicious

SUPER SOFT CROISSANTS 😍
very delicious. I love this quick & easy recipe and it’s a treat for Beginners….

Ingredients :

3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup of hot milk
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 cup unsalted butter, cooled and cut into small pieces

Instructions :

In a large salad bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
In another bowl, whip warm milk, melted butter and eggs.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Transfer the batter to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
Shape the dough into balls and place it in a slightly greased bowl. Cover her with a torch and let her sit in a warm place for about 1 hour or until she has doubled the volume.
Once the dough is risen, whip it and flip it on a slightly floured surface.
Lower the dough into a large rectangle about 1.5cm thick.
Spread the refrigerated butter evenly over two-thirds of the batter.
Fold the unbuttered third of the dough onto the buttered part, then fold the remaining third on top.
Spread the folded dough into another large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Fold the dough in three again, as before.
Repeat steps 10 and 11 twice more for a total of three folds.
Wrap the dough in plastic film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight if you prefer.
Preheat your oven to 200 °C (400 °F) and line a sulfurized paper pastry plate.
Spread the refrigerated dough into a large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut the dough into triangles, then gently roll each triangle starting from the widest end to the tip to form croissants.
Place the shaped croissants on the prepared pastry plate, leaving space between them.
Cover the croissants with a torch and let them rise in a hot place for about 30 minutes, until they are puffed up.
Whip the croissants in an egg layer (whip 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of water).
Bake the croissants in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove the croissants from the oven and let them cool on a grill.
Serve the super fluffy croissants hot or at room temperature.
Enjoy the flaky and buttery sweetness of these homemade croissants for breakfast or as a delicious snack.
